We wanted heat pumps installed in our home to replace 2 aging H & A units and Innovative Heat and Air Solutions company was recommended to us by two different people as being the best, most knowledgeable company in central Arkansas at installing HVAC equipment and solving H & A issues. We knew from an energy audit that some of our existing ductwork and airflow were far from ideal and Dallas explained the various problems and our options for solutions. Dallas and his team here (Michael, Nathan, Bryce, Noah and Katie) were all so professional, trustworthy, pleasant and respectful of our property. They all worked hard and clearly knew what they were doing. The heat pumps and the entire H & A system are working beautifully and so efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with them or the Innovative H & A Solutions company.

He kept my old heat and air unit up and going through service and repairs, and when it came time for a replacement, he explained what was needed, the prices, and options available. They came out and replaced the unit quickly. They have always been quick to respond, courteous, competitive in pricing, and professional. I wouldn’t use another company.
