I have used Dallas/Innovative Heat and Air for years. He kept my old heat and air unit up and going through service and repairs, and when the time came for a replacement, he explained what was needed, the prices, and options available. They came out and replaced the unit quickly. They have always been quick to respond, courteous, competitive in pricing, and professional. I wouldn’t use any other company.

Innovative installed our new heat and air system a little over a month ago. Dallas and his crew did a great job with the installation and we are very pleased with the new system’s performance. It is extremely quiet and keeps our home comfortable. As a bonus, our first energy bill with the new system was half the amount from the same period last year and one third less than the previous month this year. We definitely made the right decision on this one!
