Called mid morning for an AC unit that wasn’t running at my grandparents house, heat index 105° and Innovative was swamped with calls. I explained the situation and the urgency BC my grandpa is on hospice care and close to the end of his life. Dallas got there as quickly as he could (3 hrs bc hes covered in calls!) and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Even drove to my workplace to get his check so I didn’t have to take care of it later! We will definitely be using them for our heating and cooling needs from now on!

I have used Dallas/Innovative Heat and Air Solutions for years. He kept my old heat and air unit up and going through service and repairs, and when it came time for a replacement, he explained what was needed, the prices, and options available. They came out and replaced the unit quickly. They have always been quick to respond, courteous, competitive in pricing, and professional. I wouldn’t use another company.
