Called mid morning for an AC unit that wasn’t running at my grandparents house, heat index 105° and Innovative was swamped with calls. I explained the situation and the urgency BC my grandpa is on hospice care and close to the end of his life. Dallas got there as quickly as he could (3 hrs bc hes covered in calls!) and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Even drove to my workplace to get his check so I didn’t have to take care of it later! We will definitely be using them for our heating and cooling needs from now on!
Dallas and team always do a great job of not only taking care of our systems but clearly explaining WHY they’re doing what they’re doing. I’ve never felt like I’m being sold something I don’t need and I always feel like they’re really looking out for what is best for our house and our systems. We have total confidence in this team.

He kept my old heat and air unit up and going through service and repairs, and when the time came for a replacement, he explained what was needed, the prices, and options available. They came out and replaced the unit quickly. They have always been quick to respond, courteous, competitive in pricing, and professional. I wouldn’t use any other company.
I had innovative do a complete home system to replace one that was installed by another company. Dallas and his crew were professional, quick and friendly. The quality of work was far and above that of the previous contractor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heat and air.
