Innovative installed our new heat and air system a little over a month ago. Dallas and his crew did a great job with the installation and we are very pleased with the new system’s performance. It is extremely quiet and keeps our home comfortable. As a bonus, our first energy bill with the new system was half the amount from the same period last year and one third less than the previous month this year. We definitely made the right decision on this one!

Called Dallas on a Thursday afternoon with a dead AC unit. Definitely needed to be replaced and not repaired. Another company quoted me $18k for a new unit. Dallas came in and offered advice and suggestions for the small space and saved me $13k. The job was done by 3:00pm on Friday. Guys were professional, job was quick, and price was as quoted. Awesome work!

Dallas and team always do a great job of not only taking care of our systems but clearly explaining WHY they’re doing what they’re doing. Called mid morning for an AC unit that wasn’t running at my grandparents house, heat index 105° and Innovative was swamped with calls. I explained the situation and the urgency BC my grandpa is on hospice care and close to the end of his life. Dallas got there as quickly as he could (3 hrs bc hes covered in calls!) and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Even drove to my workplace to get his check so I didn’t have to take care of it later! We will definitely be using them for our heating and cooling needs from now on!
