Today was a holiday but that didn’t keep them from coming out and getting our air conditioning going again!! Thank you! This is not the first time I have had to call and in both instances, the problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed. Finding a trustworthy heat and air company is like finding a good mechanic. Called mid morning for an AC unit that wasn’t running at my grandparents house, heat index 105° and Innovative was swamped with calls. I explained the situation and the urgency BC my grandpa is on hospice care and close to the end of his life. Dallas got there as quickly as he could (3 hrs bc hes covered in calls!) and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Even drove to my workplace to get his check so I didn’t have to take care of it later! We will definitely be using them for our heating and cooling needs from now on!
